We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@labastlera.com. You may also use the following EU Standard Withdrawal Form (PDF), though its use is not mandatory.
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions by email. Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.
All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, we will cover the reasonable return costs.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs of the initial shipment. Additional costs for express or premium delivery methods will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return – whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Returns are not possible for:
– custom-made or personalized items,
– sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery,
– gift cards.
Note: Sale items are also covered by the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
